"All Dogs are pets, Labs are family"
Kim,
I couldn't help but send you the "Meth Lab" joke, but I have been wanting to write to you to let you know what a wonderful dog our little puppy has become.  We love her very much.  She is highly intelligent, very cute and just           the right size (58 lb).  You may remember that the name you gave her was Rosalyn, but we liked the name Bella better, so Bella she is.
Thanks again!

What others are saying about our puppies.
Thank you!
Kim,
Our female we named Kona and she is awesome!  A wonderful, wonderful retriever.  And, wow, is she fast!!!!  Here's a couple pictures from the summer.  My son and her have a great bond, he just loves her and Kona lives for when he gets home from school.  Wish you well with your kennel.

Hi Kim,

Our experience with Viking Silver Labs was flawless.  Since the moment we picked Remington (Remi) up from the airport she has been such a joy.  We can't thank you and Viking Silver Labs enough.  Remi is almost two now and doing great!  She is an excellent hunting partner, full of personality,  so smart and is always looking to please.  We are so blessed to have her as a part of our family.

for our family.  He is super smart and such a great dog. He loves our two
year old and is so playful. He loves to cuddle and play and we get so many
compliments on how handsome he is.

The whole process of getting him was so great!  When we decide to get a play

Hello Kim!

I am finally getting around to sending you some pictures of Rogue (she still takes amazing pictures :D). I wanted to let you know that Rogue has been an amazing dog for our family so far. She is very sweet, has a calm temperament, greets everyone, and is super smart. Within the first 24 hours of bringing her home she knew the "sit" command. She is pretty much potty trained  already (with an occasional accident) and has been a tremendous sleeper for us at night (only whined for maybe 3 minutes the first night and then every night after she has been fine). I wanted to thank you for raising such an exceptional pup and we will for sure be coming back to you in the future and recommending you as a breeder to our friends and family.  We are looking forward to a long life with Rogue. Thanks so much again!

Sincerely,

Naomi Blomberg

PS. No need to respond, I know how busy you are...just wanted to send you an update on one of your favorite pups!

Kim, I just wanted to send you an update on our pup Stella (used to be Dory). Stella is a little over a year now (she was born December 2011 from Blaze) and she is an absolute joy. She is the best family dog and we are so blessed to have her as a part of our family. Stella is around 55 lbs at a year old and is in perfect health! She loves being outdoors and is excellent around other animals! Even cats! The best quality Stella has is her love for kids! Stella is so gentle and kind with children of all ages! She has a very nurturing side to her and is very tolerant of young children!  We could not be happier with the dog she has turned out to be!! We will definitely be returning in the future for other pups!! Thank you!

Thought I'd write something for you to list on your web page if you'd like.  After 2 weeks we are super impressed at what we see in Gypsy and are extremely happy to have her in the family.  Great job and kudos to you!  Let me know if it's too long and I can shorten it...lol.

We found Kim and Viking Silver Labs on gundogbreeders.com.  We love the look of the Silver Lab but wanted to be mindful of our main purpose for accepting another lab into our home - as a great family  member and hunting companion.  We have an eleven year old black lab named Lexi that is everything a lab should be and wanted another of the same.  We've only had Gypsy two weeks now, but are so impressed with what we see in her.  Prior to adopting her, we called Kim to ask some general questions.  We found her to be very knowledgeable and enthusiastic in the breeding of her labs.  And, it just so happened that she had a female pup where the adoption fell through.  It now seems this was serendipitous for us.  We got to her kennel and found the puppy's parents to be sweet and very mellow which combined with their strengths was exactly what we were looking for in a lab.  It was definitely worth the seven hour round trip.  Gypsy is mellow indoors and full of energy outdoors - exactly as desired.  While really sweet, she is also very adventurous, courageous, and fearless.  Loud sounds do not bother her.  Most fortunately, she is smart as well.  Inside of two days she knew her name and often comes when called.  She has also already learned to fetch and retrieve through watching Lexi when out to play.  No treats needed; just praise and she is all proud of herself.  Although she is learning from our older lab, it is our gentle giant of a shepherd/collie mix, Maverick, that cares for her and plays with her all day.  They are almost always together and Gypsy really has the best of all worlds right now.   She has quite the nose on her like her mother and it is always to the ground or working the air.  Yesterday, she buried her bone in the garden and two hours later went to dig it up and finish it off - pretty impressive for a puppy of nine weeks we thought.  This fall she will be heading out into the field for some pheasant hunting with Lexi.  By all appearances we're thinking it should go well and will keep you updated.  We've included some pictures.  One of them taken by a professional pet photographer who was in the area visiting and couldn't resist her looks.  She is definitely a beautiful and smart dog. This seems like a lot of information for a testimonial, and although we don't have a crystal ball and have no way of knowing what the future will bring, for anyone looking for a great family member and future hunting partner, consider the testimonials on this page.  The testimonials helped us and we are happy to have found Viking Silver Labs.  Great job Kim!

Kim, thought you would like to know we named him Hunter and his first night went well! He likes to be with people, cries a little when he needs to go outside. He slept in the car today, one hour each way! He appears to like ducks so that's great! We will keep you posted.

One year old today.  We love her to death!  Thanks!

Hi Kim, attached is a few pictures from earlier today before the battery went out.  Just wanted to let ya know how well things are going, thus far.  We call him Bond;  I showed him around the lower half of our house apon arriving home.  He took a bath yesterday afterb getting home, he loved it, yea!  as I bathe my dogs regulary during the warm weather. He is so fluffy and soft. just like a little Bear as you described.
He and Tiger have their own room which leads outside and we are also close by and can hear them, they are getting along wonderfully.  Bond sleeps on the other side of the room, we have not had to separate them.
Our first night went better than expected, I thought Bond would be crying a bit, and keeping us up, I have been real tired this week , Bond wined for less than a minute,  I gave him a soft towel and Bond slept thru w/out any problems, it does help to have another dog companion for him, Bond is getting on well w/our old female Tiger, he is also trying to hump her, that was for a few moments today :) that surprised me, at his early age! (smile)
Bond has not messed up not one time in the huse since he arrived' he loves is spot (poop spot we have for him right now until he is a bit bigger and have more baby shots, dont want him cathing anything ), I took him out we played and he was tired, he seems to understand, the poop spot, the yard area to play and the house. I don't play w/him inside as I don't have my dogs playing in the house, I usually have big dogs.
My Daughter and Grandson- 11yrs old was excirted to see Bond yesterday after school.
As for Me and Dave, we are very thrilled to have him.  We/I needed another companion since my other two boys passed on.
I have my new companion back, as I say.  to take me into the next phase of my life   :)
Well, I know your busy, with all the other of Bonds brothers/sisters going to thire new home; I hope they have as much fun and fullfillment as we are.
We we will stay in touch and send more pics.

Thank you again and take care!
